What a Kitchen Renovation Includes
A full kitchen renovation covers protection, hacking out the old cabinets and tiles, masonry, plumbing and electrical points, new wall and floor tiles, the countertop, the cabinets and their hardware, appliance installation and a final clean. Our quote lists each of these as its own line, so you can see where every dollar goes before work starts.
- Protection of your floors, the lift lobby and the common corridor.
- Hacking of old cabinets, wall tiles and floor tiles where the plan needs it.
- Masonry, plumbing points and electrical points by licensed trade partners.
- Wall and floor tiling.
- A countertop in quartz, sintered stone or solid surface.
- Wall and base cabinets built in our factory, with soft-close hinges as standard.
- Appliance installation, sealing and a final clean.
Kitchen Renovation Prices for HDB Flats and Condos
A typical HDB kitchen renovation with us starts from $12,000, with 9% GST included, covering hacking, tiling, plumbing, a countertop and a full run of wall and base cabinets. Condo kitchens are priced the same way after a site measurement. The final figure depends mostly on the cabinet length and the countertop you choose.
Cabinets are priced by the foot run, from $157 per foot for wall or base cabinets on our published rate card. Electrical points are confirmed on site and listed as their own line. To see how a kitchen sits inside a whole-home budget, read our renovation cost guide.
HDB Kitchen Renovation: What Needs Approval First
HDB requires flat owners to use a contractor listed in its Directory of Renovation Contractors, and some kitchen works, such as hacking walls or floor finishes, need HDB approval before they start. Gas pipes, the household shelter and structural walls have their own rules, so we plan the kitchen around them from the first drawing.
HDB sets out what is allowed on its renovation guidelines page, and you can check any contractor on its Directory of Renovation Contractors. Condo kitchens follow your MCST's by-laws instead, and we prepare that paperwork for you.

Cabinets Built in Our Own Factory, in E0 Plywood
Your kitchen cabinets are built in our own factory in Admiralty, on BestPly E0 plywood that releases at most 0.5 mg/L of formaldehyde. Building them ourselves means the team that measured your walls is the team that builds the cabinets, so a fridge that grows by 3 centimetres before delivery is a drawing change, not a dispute.
Finishes come in laminate, in solid colours and woodgrains, with soft-close hinges as standard. If you want to see the boards first, you can visit the factory before you sign.

How Long a Kitchen Renovation Takes, and the Date We Promise
Most of the time goes into making the cabinets. They take about 3 to 5 weeks in our factory while hacking, plumbing and tiling happen on site, then installation takes about 5 to 10 working days. Your handover date is written into the contract, and if we miss it, we pay you $5,000.
Our on-time guarantee sets out how the date is fixed and what can move it, such as changes you ask for after confirmation.
Kitchen Layouts That Work in Singapore Flats
Most HDB kitchens suit a galley, an L-shape or, in newer and larger flats, an island. The right one depends on where the gas, water and service yard door sit, how many people cook at once, and how much counter you need for the rice cooker, air fryer and kettle that live there.

An L-shaped kitchen, a tall oven tower, a kitchen island, and hallway storage built to match.

Parc Esta loft condo
A TV console that runs to the window, a dining console, a fluted wall behind the bed and lit niches.

Riversound Residence
A lit lattice display wall at the end of the dining area, and a pet house on the balcony.

Dairy Farm Residences
A wardrobe that goes all the way up, a cabinet over an open niche, and a raised platform bed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Does a Kitchen Renovation Cost in Singapore?
With us, a typical HDB kitchen renovation starts from $12,000 with GST included. The price depends mostly on the length of the cabinet run and the countertop material, and every item is listed separately in your quote.
Do I Need HDB Approval to Renovate My Kitchen?
Some works do, such as hacking walls or floor finishes, and HDB requires you to use a contractor listed in its Directory of Renovation Contractors. We check every kitchen plan against HDB's rules before any work starts.
How Long Does a Kitchen Renovation Take?
The cabinets take about 3 to 5 weeks to build in our factory, and the site works run during that time. Installation then takes about 5 to 10 working days, and the handover date is written into your contract.
Which Countertop Should I Choose?
Quartz is hard-wearing and easy to clean. Sintered stone handles heat well and suits a large slab look. Solid surface can be joined without visible seams and repaired if it chips. We quote each option so you can compare them side by side.
Can I Keep My Existing Appliances?
Yes. Send us the model numbers or measurements of your fridge, oven, hob and hood with your layout, and we build the cabinets around them.
Can I Live in the Flat While the Kitchen Is Renovated?
For smaller jobs it is possible, but hacking and tiling leave you without a kitchen for part of the time, and noisy works follow HDB's permitted hours. We plan the order of works with you so the days without a kitchen are as few as possible.
