Many interior design firms draw the plan and pass the carpentry to an outside workshop. We build it ourselves, in our own factory in Admiralty, and our licensed trade partners handle hacking, plumbing, electrical works, tiling and painting under one project manager. One team answers for the whole job, from the first sketch to the last snag.
That matters most when something changes. If a cabinet needs to move 20 centimetres after the site measurement, the team that drew it is the team that builds it, so there is no back and forth between three companies while your move-in date gets closer.

What a Whole-Home Renovation Costs With Us
Whole-home packages start from $22,000 for a 3-room BTO, $26,000 for a 4-room and $30,000 for a 5-room, with 9% GST included. Resale flats start from $50,000 because they usually need hacking, rewiring, new floors and toilets. Condos start from $24,000 and landed homes from $80,000.

Carpentry is usually the biggest line in a renovation budget, about 28% to 35% of it by 2026 cost guides, and it is the line we build ourselves. Every package and what it contains is on our packages and prices page.

Your handover date goes into the contract once your design is signed off and the site is measured. If we miss it, we pay you $5,000, taken off what you still owe at handover, with any balance paid by bank transfer within 7 days. The full terms of the on-time guarantee sit on one page.
The date only moves for the reasons written into those terms, such as changes you ask for after confirmation, or an approval from HDB or your MCST that arrives late.

E0 Plywood in Every Cabinet You Will Live With
Every cabinet body we build is BestPly E0 plywood, which releases at most 0.5 mg/L of formaldehyde, a third of the E1 limit. That matters in a new flat with the air-conditioning on and a baby in the next room. It is the standard board in every package, not an upgrade you pay extra for.

We would rather show you the machines, the materials and the people who will build yours, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
